Service department is operational

We recognise the urgent need to prioritise our resources to keep our customers mobile – especially those front-line staff who are providing medical and emergency services support to the most vulnerable in our society – and as such we will be prioritising our bookings on this basis.

In order to focus our resources on these critical needs and in the interest of maintaining social distancing, we will be adhering to a set of operational standards as detailed below


Booking your car in

  1. Bookings can be made by telephone 028 71 811 611 from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
  2. Outside of these hours enquiries can be submitted via email service@toddsofcampsie.com
  3. Any work required on a vehicle will be by appointment only. There will be no facility for walk ins


Customer Check in Procedure

  1. Customers will be allocated an appointment time (15 minute intervals) and asked to attend at least 10 mins before appointment time
  2. On arrival at dealership customer shall park in customer parking area (opposite front door) and stay in their car until invited to come into service reception by member of staff
  3. Upon entry customers will be asked to make use of the sanitisation station
  4. Customer shall deposit car keys in container at service reception & confirm work requirements
  5. A collection time shall be agreed and booked – 15 min intervals between 3:00 pm and 5:00pm
  6. Customer leaves dealership


Vehicle collection Procedure

  1. Customers to arrive 10 mins before agreed collection time and wait to be invited into dealership
  2. A member of staff will invite the customer in
  3. Upon entry customers will be asked to make use of the sanitisation station
  4. Customers car keys, service book and invoice ready on collection
  5. Payment to be taken by card only


How we will protect your vehicle

  1. The technician will be the only person in contact with your vehicle
  2. The technician will use a seat cover, floor mat, rubber gloves and face mask thus ensuring no contamination of your vehicle
  3. Service reception shall be using sanitisation products before and after handling car keys and vehicle documentation
  4. All payments taken using card machine which will be sanitised after every use
  5. A aditional specialised sanitisation process is available on request at a cost of £35 inc VAT.  Speak to our service team for more info


Business social distance measures

  1. Please adhere to all signage giving direction as to social distance
  2. Appointments are pre booked there is no facility to walk in at this stage
  3. Our usual refreshment facilities will not be available, there is a public toilet, the waiting area is limited and will only be available to those with a service time of less than 1 hour.
  4. Courtesy cars are limited and only available when pre booked.  All courtesy cars will incur a sanitation process costing £35 inc VAT

Parts will remain open in accordance with the above guidelines, at the moment there is a parts are available within 48hrs assuming ordered before 1200.
