Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the motor trade, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and team leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide training and continuous development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and customer-focused environment within the dealership.
