Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our dedicated sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the motor trade, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on approach to driving sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Kia vehicles and other models offered by the dealership.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to maintain relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and sales activities.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail or a track record of willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft programs.
